Today I am devastated, on Thursday I spoke abt a person who is still out begging, he sat from 8am to 6pm a couple of days ago and made a grand total of £22, this is just abt enough to see him through a day without going into withdrawal, I spoke to a local service

Thursday, they had made no contact with him by 1pm today when I delivered some foils & cigarettes so I contacted them again, because he is not in their words "high risk" he will not get a prescription, examples of high risk was injecting in the neck or being pregnant,

today I had firm reports that fentanyl is in heroin in the Falkirk area which is coming from Glasgow, one highlight is that an old friend of mine is on 3 daily methadone pick up and he has been saving small amounts each day to share with people who cant get on scripts so the

guy sitting begging in Falkirk managed to get 50mls free today which will help him through a day or so, it is good that drug users are coming together to help each other as the powers that be leave them to die. Two weeks ago I sent a letter to @scotgov asking that we address

it is a fundamental insult to the intelligence of those who are trying to support people who they cannot offer substitute treatments to for drugs like benzodiazepines that are implicated in around 600 deaths per year in Scotland pre #COVID19
