Stabilize your blood sugar throughout the day:

🧡 Creating a simple mantra to bring yourself out of negativity helps.
🧡 Send a compassionate text to someone else. It helps you, too.

We often tell ourselves stories that interrupt a good intention. Ex: I want to read for an hour but I've waited too late in the evening.

Rewrite the story to get out of holding yourself back. Ex: I can read for an hour now then shorten my bedtime routine.
Give yourself grace and establish, and maintain, healthy habits for making more energy and positivity possible.
