Why I think TA1300 is a 10: Thread
Track 1: TA1300
The album starts with a mellow track which is out of curry& #39;s lane, but it works beautifully. He starts talking about a female going through alot of trauma as a child (molestation and depression). The track has great lyrics and nice hook, a good start to this album
2. Black balloons
This song is a feel good song where curry is expressing his dark thoughts through a light song. He begins to rap about a black balloon representing his pain and hoping it will "pop" one day. Goldlinks verse is clever and fits the theme of the track.
3. Cash maniac
Another feel good track where he& #39;s rapping dark lyrics in a light song. He& #39;s basically expressing "this is how I feel now that I have some money" but also saying he has to hit the blunt whenever he& #39;s down or sad. We start hearing him personify "Taboo" in here also.
4. This track doesn& #39;t really have a concept, but it is a hell of a track tho. One of Denzel& #39;s best freestyles and it really stands out because of the heavy hitting bass and clever lyrics. A personal favorite of mine.
5. Super sayain superman
This is just a banger with witty lyrics and nice production. A track that& #39;s not really meant to be broken down, but just to be enjoyed by the listener.
6. Switch it up
This track is an amazing track with great lyrics and production. The hook really shows the meaning of the track, saying that your friends could turn on you in an instant and talking about how his friend robbed him. Another banger.
7. Mad I got it
Holy fuck I love this song. The words, the beat, the beat switch, the concept. He starts off saying how a certain person is mad that he& #39;s got money, fame, women, all of these nice things. And in the beat switch he raps in the perspective of the person hating
On him. And we start realizing that this his who he was talking about in "switch it up", and fucking great. All three verses are amazing and the concept is insane.
8. Sirens
There& #39;s so much to say, shit. This track his Curry& #39;s views on America along with J.I.D with Billie eilish on the hook. Curry starts off rapping about the violence and murder in America, along with police brutality. Then J.I.D. comes through with his best verse to date.
He personifies America as a female going through alot of trauma and witty rhymes. His flow is phenomenal and he fits very well with the beat. Currys last verse speaks on more of what the first verse. Overall, this is the best track on the album for sure.
9. Clout Cobain
In this track, curry raps about the heavy drug talk and use in Hip Hop today. Referencing kurt Cobain& #39;s suicide, he links that to rappers ODing from drugs in a very mainstream sounding track. This bass hits hard asf and this hook was stuck in my head for days.
10. The blackest balloon
This is just a banger talking about the same thing as clout Cobain. Catchy hook, funny lyrics, nice instrumental.
11. Percz
This is probably the hardest track here. He& #39;s rapping about the state of Hip Hip and the fake flexing that& #39;s going on. This song really sums up 6ix9ine and boonk& #39;s careers.
12. Vengeance
A very dark track on a dark instrumental. The music video& #39;s for black balloons, clout Cobain and this song tie together. If you haven& #39;t seen them, you wont get the entire concept between them.
13. 13 M T
this beat is grimy, dirty, crazy, dark and creepy all at once. This track ends the album with a huge bang and curry& #39;s lyrics on here sum up how his mindset was at the time of this album "jackal, in a bad mood. Everything that I see will be TA1300".
The song ends with a very distorted sound that flows back into the first track, which keeps the album running. He& #39;s saying his mindset goes in a continuous loop just as the album does.

I love this album, these are my opinions...
