Seems I did @ASA_UK a disservice suggesting they weren't taking @FootballIndex seriously. They've already found them to be encouraging gambling behaviour that's socially irresponsible. But neither ruling gets to the heart of the matter, which is how @FootballIndex feel justified to make such claims in the first place, like only "2% tend to lose". The FCA would never permit such a thing. Why do @GamRegGB ?
The reason they feel justified is because it's probably true, at least in terms of paper trading anyway. But that's precisely the thing that needs investigating: who is paying for the 98% to be winning?
