A lot of comparison is being done between armed forces & health facilities. Here r some thoughts

In my opinion National security of Pak comprises 7 components
Political security
Physical security
Human security
Natural resource sec
Environmental sec
Cyber sec
Economic sec (1-N)

2 - At one time or another there have been challenges to some form of security. We have fought 4 wars with India who challenged our Physical security & thus naturally focus of spending has been on Physical security

3 - Corona is a Unique situation where not only Human security but also eco sec has been challenged thus focus has shifted

Why couldn't we do it earlier?
We have been fighting a war of survival.
Those ctrys whose physical sec wasn't challenged, even they couldn't do anything

4- Imp Question is what do we learn from it? Instead of blaming one Institution or another which most of bad intended elements r doing, we need to focus on Human & economic security while maintaining a credible Physical security. In realistic terms, there is no other way for Pak

5- So plz stop comparing one element of security with other. A poor country like Pak could only focus on one at a time. Stop listening to nefarious agendas of elements that are residing abroad & instead of criticizing USA or India, they point fingers at Pakistan.
