Few thoughts w/ clients i'd like to share. Take what u need:

1. Listen to ur body. Maybe this isn’t time for productivity. Maybe this is time for simply coping.

2. You don't have to be productive. You can just be. It’s okay.

3. Give equal space for hope as space for worry.
4. Lean into the discomfort. Fighting the wave exhausts you. Let it come and go.

5. It’s okay if you can’t feel peaceful. These aren’t peaceful times. It doesn’t mean you have failed. Just do what you can.

6. You may feel urself changing now and it’s ok. Life is changing fast.
