Going to start a little thread here for anyone who is interested in doing workouts at home without spending a single cent. And yes, this thread will be beginner-friendly and suitable for apartment spaces!

FitnessBlender is the best website & YouTube channel that I& #39;ve found for workout videos. They have plans you can pay for but 98% of their stuff is completely free. They& #39;re qualified and genuine people and I& #39;ve been following their stuff for years. Highly recommend these guys.
You can adjust the difficulty level on their website. If you& #39;re new to exercise, I would advise that you don& #39;t go past lvl 3. After a couple of weeks, you can definitely do lvls 1-3. After a couple of months, feel free to do whatever difficulty you like. Just be careful!
Gym equipment is NOT required to get in a good workout.

Your own bodyweight is all you need. There are dozens of bodyweight exercises you can do that are great for toning and building lean muscle. It& #39;s about how hard *you* work and push yourself, not the equipment you have.
I& #39;ve been exercising consistently for years now, but my first year I didn& #39;t use any weights. It was all bodyweight cardio and HIIT. After getting more comfortable and confident with my ability, I bought dumbbells and started with a small amount of weight first.
I never owned an exercise/yoga mat and just used folded towels on the floor if I needed some cushion while I& #39;m doing floor work. It works perfectly fine, though I would recommend getting an exercise mat eventually. https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😅" title="Smiling face with open mouth and cold sweat" aria-label="Emoji: Smiling face with open mouth and cold sweat">
There& #39;s no such thing as "not enough space"

I live in a tiny one bedroom apartment. My living room and kitchen are joined. I have the smallest amount of floor space to work with, but it& #39;s all I need. I still manage to work up a sweat. No excuses!
I live above a shop so I can only exercise before 10am or after 7pm (because I make a lot of noise with my cardio). This is more than enough time for me to get in at least 30 mins of exercise every day.
If you live in an apartment sandwiched between loads of other neighbours, you can still do exercises that don& #39;t involve any jumping or anything noisy. Again, refer to FitnessBlender for their low impact workouts.
It& #39;s up to you how much you want to exercise. 10 mins is better than nothing, but make those 10 mins count! Get your heart rate up, sweat a little, feel the burn. https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="💪" title="Flexed biceps" aria-label="Emoji: Flexed biceps">

Personally, I workout for roughly 30-50 mins, 4-5 days a week.
I won& #39;t talk about sports products & supplementation because it& #39;s not *really* essential unless you& #39;re doing some hardcore training.

The best advice I can give is to stay hydrated at all times and refuel with healthy food https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="🥤" title="Cup with straw" aria-label="Emoji: Cup with straw">https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="🙂" title="Slightly smiling face" aria-label="Emoji: Slightly smiling face">
