In this pandemic situation when we are all are quarantined to stay safe and help control the situation of our nation. Our Respected PM @narendramodi Sir had appealed companies to not cut salaries and wages of employees. He had also advised them not to retrench staff.

Despite this, many people are suffering financially. I work as a full-time marketing manager for an advertising agency named Brandspine Pvt Ltd. (GSTIN: 27AAHCB2589H1ZE) Apparently we (all the employees) haven’t got our salaries for the month of March and it is mid-April already.

After constantly requesting our boss to release the salaries, he has been giving us only one that there is balance problem so adjust. In this lockdown though we are working from home there is a clear uncertainty that we will be receiving salary for the current month also.

How are we supposed to fulfil our basic essentials, pay the bills and loans on time. All I kindly request you to please help me and my fellow employees on this. @pmo
