He was shocked when I asked him to remove &wash his hands otherwise he wasn't coming in. (a waste of #PPE they said!) People are still wondering how this virus is entering our #carehomes?

and we wonder why there is a #PPEshortage in the @NHSuk? I'm not by anymeans saying all NHS workers are doing the same, but seeing WAY TOO MUCH blame on #CareHomes and #SocialCare today on social media and general media. @MattHancock

@LancsIPC and @FyldeCoastCCGs or anyone from #IPC teams, care to elaborate on this thread why district nurses and phlebotomists seem to be above any PPE Guidance. Not all care homes or domiciliary service users have me to fight their corner. #COVID19 @CareQualityComm
