It looks as if MA has agreed to sell under the agreement that PCP doesn’t have to pay it all upfront. Usually the finance docs are signed at the same time as the SPA (main acquisition doc), which could have split exchange/completion meaning there could be further conditions that need to be met before it completes. #NUFCTakeover

It's pretty common for a large acquisition to be lead by one person and backed by a consortium - so doesn't rule out or suggest who else is involved. #NUFCTakeover
