https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/12419163 Staveley as just been named a director of JV1 (Joint Venture) Limited, alongside both Mehmet Saydam and Stephane Nahum, both of which are managing directors for multiple firms owned by the Reuben brothers

SJPH have lent Staveley money, likely (literally no way to confirm at present) to invest directly in the shares currently owned by Mike Ashley (PCP are securing this loan). This will be the £150mm as its likely that most companies will not have this amount liquid /3 #nufc

This heavily alludes to the fact PCP and Barclays are in litigation in the courts, the clause ensures that the proceeds of the litigation will also be secured (nufc) /4 #nufc

What does all this mean? Staveley has received £150mm from #nufc to buy the club. This is legally secured against PCP (PIF + Reubens (JV1 Limited)) with litigation underway to finalize the purchase /5 #nufc

What does THAT mean? Get the cans purchased, put them in the freezer because the fridge won't cool them quick enough. The only thing stopping this is a tantrum of seismic proportions enough to shake the tectonic plates from Mr Ashley, or the PL fit & proper owners test /6 #nufc

Unfortunately, we're still dealing with a man who loves to throw tantrums, and a regime known for sports washing and human rights abuses. So let's not assume everything is fine JUST yet... /end for now

And more developments... Remember the two MDs from earlier in the thread (that worked with the Reuben Brothers?) On the 8th April (same day as the £150mm) loan, RB lent Staveley an undisclosed amount of money via. Cantervale Ltd. Who remembers that? #nufc
