With the extension of the lockdown, I'm urging to stress about the constant pressure people are feeling to be productive, the pressure to "do, perform, achieve"

This is a time of crisis. We've been prepared to get through many different situations in life , this is a new experience. Our bodies are not prepared for this. Our emotions haven't experienced this before.

There's bubbling anxiety, emotional distress, fear of death of yourself or your loved ones and so much more. It's a difficult time to be productive and achieve goals and join the social media challenges, feel pressured to perform or do something. So please be kind to yourself.
For those who're feeling good, learning a new skill, baking, ticking off their tasks, that's amazing. But please don't compare your lockdown experience with another. We're all experiencing this crisis together, but we're all coping with it in our own ways.

Listen to your body, mind and your feelings.
Do what comforts you - things that can make you feel better and whatever is available to you in this time. Focus on what could make you feel at ease, relieve your anxiety and worries, and give yourself all the warmth you need.
