Dear fellow runners, we have got to be mindful that no cares about our PB's right now. We are doing this for mental and physical health. Some COVID running etiquette.
1. Wear a mask if you are running at peak times (no one wants our breath on them).
2. Run at non peak times
3. Share the space w/pedestrians; don't run them off sidewalks, don't run up behind them, don't sprint through crowds.
4. Don't spit, not now not ever-its bad manners
5. Don't be intimidating; ie charge at people so they are forced to move
6. Find non popular routes/isolated routes - lets try to keep parks for pedestrians and families if we can.
7. This crisis is hard on EVERYONE, if your behaviour encroaches on the safety/wellbeing of others, stop. you don't have that right.
8. Think socially not individually
