Dear fellow runners, we have got to be mindful that no cares about our PB& #39;s right now. We are doing this for mental and physical health. Some COVID running etiquette.

3. Share the space w/pedestrians; don& #39;t run them off sidewalks, don& #39;t run up behind them, don& #39;t sprint through crowds.

6. Find non popular routes/isolated routes - lets try to keep parks for pedestrians and families if we can.
