Universities, Courts, Churches, & the Cult of Saturn.

The square mortarboards are, of course, used by Freemasons for their plaster, it is why you wear square mortarboard when you graduate, ultimately becoming an Alumni. It all has to do with control of education in this country.

You become Alumni/Illumini.

The true meaning of Graduation is gradual indoctrination. Stick a bunch of 5 year olds in a room full of 5year olds for a year, then a bunch of 6year olds with 6year olds & so on for 20 years, until you’re so indoctrinated they give you a doctorate.

In Hunger Games the bad guys are "the Capitol" and they have a black cube.

In ancient Rome they named a place called "Capitoline Hill" where legend has it a black stone fell from the sky.

The Capitoline Hill was previously called Mons Saturnius and dedicated to worship of Saturn.

That is a pretty solid connection between Rome / Hunger Games / Saturn. Not to mention all the other wild symbolism and ELite fantasies throughout the movie.
