I was asked out 2 months after my 18th birthday by this person after we had been friends for about.. 2 or 3 years prior? I believe I was almost 17 when I met them. They were my first ever relationship and it& #39;s horrible my first experience of & #39;love& #39; was so abusive.

I was told I was like & #39;taming a wild animal& #39; and I thought it was funny and cute. Looking back did I only realize what it could have really implied?
I had stuff from when I was a minor sent and told "I shoulda known you liked me" on completely innocent things

It& #39;s.. sad that we were both treated however this was by the same person. and I hold a lot of guilt about allowing it to happen but in reality, I was in the same position as them. I was only 18 at the time..

You do not know better, not even at 17.
Adults are fucking terrifying. You think you& #39;re mature, you& #39;re almost a legal adult! and that someone a few years older isn& #39;t that bad but they absolutely can be.

I have literally 0 followers who are minors, I know, but this is something I& #39;ve wanted to share since my slow discovery the past year of not only the grooming, but the blatant abuse I was put through.

I& #39;m so thankful to have a supportive partner who& #39;s showing me actual love.

I& #39;m terrified to post this. my ex knows my accounts and even tried to contact me not that long ago (albeit brief cause I really didn& #39;t want to talk to them) so excuse me being vague.

also pls don& #39;t interact too much with Arum& #39;s account! They& #39;re a safe space for minors and feel uncomfortable with certain types of content that I know my follows enjoy so if you have any comments you want to leave PLEASE drop them in this thread instead.
