How to get AA to talk to you:
-File your complaint at MAVCOM website
-MAVCOM will forward your complaint to the airline & they MUST response to your complaint
In my case, I submit my complaint on 3 April. MAVCOM forward my complaint to AA on same day. AA email me today

Salam @mykpdnhep syarikat penerbangan ini masih berdegil and ingkar dalam membayar semula duit tiket seperti yg dijanjikan. Sebaliknya, menawarkan credit account yg sah sehingga 31 Oct 2020. Siapa yg mahu travel dalam keadaan sekarang?
