(1/2) i took a break from social media for a few hours today. even in just those few hours, i felt happier, more at peace, and like i was escaping the toxicity that fuels almost every aspect of social media every day. mental health is so important during this time.
(2/2) practise healthy coping mechanisms and if you have the option to talk to/set up and appointment with your therapist over a phone or zoom call, DO IT!! keeping up with your mental health is only going to HELP you get through this rough time
