I got a bill in the mail today for an ER visit last month, and I’m kinda fucked

I have a little less than a month to pay this, and the bill is more than I make in an average month. I don’t like to ask for financial help, and especially not now when pretty much everyone else needs it too, but I’m a bit desperate here.
