can we get a good IgG test so I can figure out why I was coughing up blood and waking up with night sweats at the end of January and why I can only breathe on my stomach

yes I know the “I think I already had it” tweets are annoying but I wonder about my neg strep and flu + dr being concerned enough to send me home with antibiotics, steroids, opiods, & orders to call over the weekend if I didn’t get better + persistent chest tightness

plus abnormal (even for me) tachycardia that almost made faint laying down? Probably some weird bug, but anyway, a reliable IgG test would be cool
