2. Alcohol and tobacco are unavailable. Ac exacerbation of Liver and Lung diseases r low.

4. Roads are empty and accidents are at the minimum.
5. Air pollution is at the minimum which adds to ease of breathing reducing asthma attacks.

To summarise, most of the citizens are living in a stress free environment with their families having timely nutritious food. In other words, people are following exactly what every Doctor advises along with medicines.

So it’s not that death rate has come down because people don’t go to Doctors, it’s the other way around. Death rate has decreased because patients are following their Doctor’s advice, unknowingly.
