While Apple and Google are figuring out a privacy-friendly cross-compatible way of following the spread of COVID-19, India has already gone ahead and launched such an app.

Would be interesting to learn its design and privacy choices.

From the UI of the iOS app, it appears that the app has used Flutter? Very Android-esque UI (fonts, controls etc.).

Interestingly, the Android app’s screenshots look very different. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/aarogyasetu/id1505825357">https://apps.apple.com/us/app/aa...
Also interesting is the (apparent) size of the Android market compared to iOS in India - I am drawing inferences based on the proportion of reviews in the Play Store (141,675) v/s App Store (26).
