I have wavy and frizzy locks---or at least I used to---but bitch, my hair has never known softness, smoothness, manageability, and luster like this before. It's supposed to be a weekly 3-minute mask, but of course I make my own rules and use it as a 10-minute daily conditioner.

But please take note that if you have wavy or curly hair, shampoo only 2x a week max to remove the buildup. Conditioner washing is enough for the rest of the week.

If you still wanna shampoo everyday because you use grooming products and/or live in a polluted area, at least use something sulfate-free. Sulfate-free shampoos tend to be expensive, but the cheapest and still tge most reliable is Johnson's Baby Shampoo.

Why go sulfate-free? Sulfate-based surfactants weaken the hair, make strands porous, and even fade colored hair. If it contains ammonium laureth/lauryl sulfate or sodium laureth/lauryl sulfate, just smile and nod, sis.
