Pisces answers to Neptune and Jupiter, magnifying energy around them and constantly observing their surroundings/expanding on this. When Pisces enters the planet of motivation, sexuality, and drive. Pisces Mars people are governed by the need for inspiration.
Pisces Mars people seek to understand the world around them but might struggle at times with doing things if they aren't emotionally invested. Hence, their motivation can be fleeting or temporary based on how directly interested they are in the subject at hand.
If a Pisces Mars isn't invested in something, they won't do it. This is incredibly honest of them, although this could be frustrating at times – there is an earnestness in everything they commit to.
They believe in the things and people they invest time and energy in, or they don't bother at all. There is a bit of blind optimism though at times with Pisces mars people. They're constantly innovating or concocting new ideas in their head. (1/2)
Which can be projected onto their reality, and at times can distort their understanding of the world around them. In love, they might leap before actually taking time to assess situations. Or assume they assessed something, based on reacting emotionally instead of logically. 2/2
THIS IS WHY PISCES MARS PPL ARE INCREDIBLY QUICK TO TURN ON YOU WHEN THEY ARE DISAPPOINTED IN YOU. They are quicker to blindly trust someone initially until proven guilty. Whereas most people respond oppositely.
Sexually, a Pisces Mars person might be interested in roleplaying or kinks requiring dressing up, etc. They're excited by the fantasy or illusion of something, versus the reality of it. Which, could be why in relationships they might be incredibly all or nothing.
Like their Jupiter influence, they magnify the energy around them. But, struggle at times with seeing the full picture. This is why when a Pisces mars feel disappointed or upset - they might resort to passive aggression or ghosting altogether.
Pisces Mars people aren't necessarily confrontational, but when they're angry they can be sharper tongued than your local Sagittarius. They pride themselves on being incredibly observant (despite arguably not always being so).
Hell hath no fury like a Pisces Mars scorned when disappointed they can be the chief of petty. But they can struggle from discerning if they're disappointed more in themselves for believing better from a person/situation, or from actually realizing something isn't what it *was*

they've bitten their tongue for an extremely long time. So if you have a Pisces Mars person in your life - invite them over, paint them, call them your muse. They love that sh*t. But also, don't take them for granted – that is their biggest fear in love.
