A man told us today that he believed "this "pandemic" is just a cold being blown out of proportion" and keep crowding us. Then he complained because his paperwork just said "bath" and it's supposed to be "and the nails, ears, and glands. Did you just decide not to do it?"

And THEN when we told him it's a package so it's not itemized.... He complains.... That his service was $27.99 and he was quoted $26.99. when we said we'd give him the $1 off he said "YOU SAID $26 YESTERDAY!!! It's not MY FAULT. you're going to give me my $2."

Then he went on a tirade how we're pulling the wool over his eyes telling him one thing and then "charging me that extra $2 and then the next guy and the next guy and pretty soon you're at $200! It just isn't right!!!"
