Natalie has lived at her address since 1998 when the house was sold to her. No other person per history search has lived at this address. There is no marriage record that shows anyone else that lived at this address. She's lived alone by herself or owned it by herself.

There are a number of truths about her.
She has a brother in the federal prison system who will be released in 2028.
She is 56 years old
She worked as a Hospital Admin
She has a previously banned twitter account
She is a registered Republican in Washington State

I searched high and far to look for any male / husband that was in the picture. I could not find one at all or any connection to Boston. Maybe she had a boyfriend at one point from Boston but legally? No. I found her Facebook account too.

This is her brother in the federal prison system.

This is possibly her LinkedIn.

A simple non-strict search on her name gave me her Twitter profile picture.

This was her being retweeted by someone else when she had her name in her handle on her previously now-banned account.

So who is this Mr. F? Did an ER Doctor in Boston Dr. F die from the coronavirus? Absolutely not. There's no google search that says it. She also had another name also that yielded no hit either.
