finally goaded myself into using capers in a dish and it’s good and I should be more thankful everyday that I know how to cook is how I feel
last night I successfully made scallops + browned butter, a dish that isn’t hard but does scare me for some reason but again it was good and again I’m glad to know how to cook, this is like the only thing I feel good about
did a successful deglaze-the-pan w white wine thing and made a wonderful pan sauce and w/o recipe and this thread is just going to be me being grateful for cooking to remind myself
