It's been over two years since myself and 48 others were sued by a developer for alleged participation in a blockade. We've finally reached a settlement agreement that will end the lawsuit before it proceeds to a very costly trial. Giving any amount of money to the plaintiff is far from desirable. However, we're at the point where we can't sustain the financial costs or mental health impacts of this lawsuit any longer. We also realize that money is extremely tight for folks: anything is greatly appreciated.
