the thing with NCT Dream, tl;dr:
- no more graduation
- they will still use the name “NCT Dream” with the same 7 members (including Mark) with ‘NCT U format’
- the current members will be debuting in new NCT units

what do they mean by ‘NCT U format’? in my understanding:
- in the future, NCT Dream will have comebacks again BUT it might be with 7 members, or maybe 6, maybe 5 or 4, we never know
- but there will be no additional member

another thing to be noted:
- this DOESN’T MEAN NCT DREAM IS A FIXED UNIT. It means that now NCT DREAM IS A PROJECT UNIT
- seeing that it’s a project unit, it’ll be hard to predict when will they have a comeback, and with how many members.
Is this a win? A loss? We don’t know.
