I think everyone is aware that Twitter is infested with child pornography, pedophilia, zoophilia, & rape, and the fact that so many people already know that this is an issue, should be a warning sign in and of itself.

Twitter is FILLED with child sexual abuse material, & it's astonishingly open-access.
In 2019 alone, Twitter made 45,726 reports to NCMEC's CyberTipline, & @guardian published an article declaring "Twitter is failing to police child pornography efficiently" in TWENTY FUCKING 12.

Twitter also makes it absurdly hard to report CP when you inevitably find it. You can't report a post or account for CP directly - you have to know how to find their specific form dedicated to CSE: https://help.twitter.com/forms/cse
It's not an easy form to find!
Try Googling "report child porn on twitter" and you can go 10 pages on Google and still not see a direct link to this form.
Instead, you have to go to their "report violations" page and find the link for reporting CP buried in the 10th paragraph.

But even once you do find the form, how do you know it'll do anything?
The form still asks you if you want to report Vine for CSEM. Vine has been dead since 2017.

Twitter users are so accustomed to Twitter doing NOTHING to protect their users against CP that they've banded together to create their own police forces for handling this material.

Twitter also EXPLICITLY states in their rules that they allow pedophiles, who've taken to calling themselves "MAPS" (minor-attracted persons), to create communities and discuss their paraphilia openly, including ones who admit to being "pro-contact", or pro hands-on abuse.
Accounts that are reported rarely get taken down, to the point where it's a celebration if an account is actually suspended.

It should NOT be this easy to find child pornography on the internet.
You should expect this material to be hidden in the dark underbelly of the internet, on the deep web where pedophiles conspire in secret.
