It’s beyond “I dislike/hate you”

It is exerting power + privilege to enact policies & practices in favor of the race an ideology considers superior & to the detriment of races deemed inferior

Racism is dangerous and dehumanizing.

Even the individual who is “racist,” hates and discriminates against another race because a power-and-privilege-driven ideology has convinced them that the race is beneath them.

Therefore, it’s still about holding on to power.
