The chemical imbalance is because you& #39;re not living right, change yourself, work to better yourself or you& #39;ll keep wallowing in your own sadness and keep these annoying mood swings.
And that& #39;s not worth it, because you& #39;ll reach the end of the line and by then it& #39;s too late. if you are like this please, change work on yourself. it works I know it does because I& #39;m doing it right now and it improved my quality of life.

But change in the way you feel comfortable if huge steps aren& #39;t working take smaller ones, but always dare to step a bit out of your comfort zone.
