The chemical imbalance is because you're not living right, change yourself, work to better yourself or you'll keep wallowing in your own sadness and keep these annoying mood swings.
And that's not worth it, because you'll reach the end of the line and by then it's too late. if you are like this please, change work on yourself. it works I know it does because I'm doing it right now and it improved my quality of life.

Some tips to initiate that change :
-take inventory of how things are
-When you're unhappy with someone on the list that you can change, work out a method to achieve that change (example : you think you're body isn't fit - workout)
-Ask support in change
But change in the way you feel comfortable if huge steps aren't working take smaller ones, but always dare to step a bit out of your comfort zone.
