@Instacart URGENT: NOT ME but A post on FB Says an order was delivered into a wrong house. Someone is ill at the house. The shopper came back pickee up the order, knows they are sick, & but is still redelivering the items to someone else. That is Unacceptable! PLEASE STOP THIS!

@instacart This did not happen to me & I don't know the validity but I have screenshots & the city state, store. If this is true: Coronavirus or not THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Groceries SHOULD NOT be redelivered from randoms houses. It is NOT SAFE. I will send info I have by PM.

They said they called @instacart but weren't able to get thru. This practice is not safe for the shoppers or your customers. I know you are busy & overwhelmed but this is dangerous. I am aware that groceries have a slim chance of passing #COVID19 but that's NOT the only issue.

Can any #instacartshoppers confirm or deny if they have ever had to redeliver items?? God bless you guys for still working in this very difficult time btw.
