- isolate and *protect* >65 yo's
- use distancing/masks etc. / run economies with <65 yo's
- gain immunity too over time

Even if it spread fast in the <65 yo's without much impact apparently, that might not be so bad.
You could protect the vulnerable, while getting proper antibody tests sorted out - and also be rapidly developing great treatments for the older guys...?
