A #Passover family tradition: Matzah Pizza! 🍕

Here’s how it’s done 👇🏻
1. Put matzah on baking pan covered with foil. If you wish you can slightly rinse the matzah beforehand.
2. Put ketchup on the matzah and spread well that it’ll cover it fully.
3. Yes, I know, Americans are sensitive when it comes to ketchup on homemade pizza dishes. This is how I’ve done it. Try it, it’s amazing.
Still, if you wish, use instead pizza sauce.
4. Sprinkle oregano on top. You can use other herbs to your liking.
5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Make sure you cover the entire matzah. I like it cheesy!
In #Israel we use the regular cheese slices, not mozzarella and not shredded. It’s still delicious!
6. Add toppings to your liking. Today I felt like olives and mushrooms. Go wild!
7. Sprinkle some more oregano on top. Like earlier, other herbs can work as well. Never tried basil but I’m sure it’ll be delicious as well!
8. Bake in a pre heated oven in 350 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown.
9. Eat warm, immediately out of the oven.
