I have found little peer-reviewed science suggesting we could hit 2C before 2035. I think it's possible, given albedo & global dimming, that we could reach 2C by 2029, but not many scientists would back me up on that.

If the Arctic really goes haywire it could happen imo.

I certainly feel that ~1.7C by 2029 using a 1750 baseline (1.3/1.4C today) looks pretty likely. Gulp.
