Ok so @cottonflurry made a post about how every character is a little trans coded (or very) and none is so trans than Beitus.

Other than the fact that he's canonically nonbinary, his character arc is very trans coded [1/?]

I write for Hackbent so I know the endgame but I won't divulge you guys with the information because no.

OK SO Lutark and the rest of the Dancestors are actually Data and represent a player's desires. Lutark is Alleph's desire.

When Lutark was revealed to be Beitus... [2/?]

...we got some nifty lore that Beitus, a virus created by Nohmyt, was angry with his Lutark persona because it reminded him that that persona wasn't real. His desire to control Alleph's body and escape the game is thinly veiled trans coding and I will explain. [3/?]

When trans people figure out their assigned gender is incongruent with their identity theres often this desire to be the gender they want to be. I found myself thinking so many times how I wished to be Zac Efron just because he was a dude. I get what Beitus is going through [4/?]

It's annoying to be stuck in this lame girl body. It's annoying for people to dead name you. Its annoying for people to see you as something you're not. Of course, i have no desire to manipulate my friends and go on a murder rampage, but i do feel frustration. [5/?]

And that's where Beitus' arc speaks to me. I'd love to say more, but I'd be spoiling future content so I'm keeping my mouth shut. That being said, I'm going to have a hell of a time writing it.
