Dinner tonight was lasagne from scratch, which turned out to be more of an all day activity than I'd bargained for, but oh boy was it worth it 😋

We've now done ragu, ravioli, carbonara and various tagliatelle dishes. What should be out next fresh pasta challenge?

Also taking recommendations for variations on our Chinese dumpling game.
