Where testing is limited, confirmed cases are limited.

The number of tests per confirmed case can give us an indication of how much trust we can place on confirmed cases in different countries.

We can also look at tests per confirmed case over time.

For instance, testing in the UK has not kept pace with its outbreak: Since 1 March, the number of tests per confirmed case has fallen from 500 to <4.

Bringing it into line with US and Ecuador.
