my suggestion is to buy a single vintage ornate, delicate porcelain cup and saucer on etsy or ebay -- they tend to run under $20 if you hunt. use it to drink tea/champagne out of. only you get to use it. it should look lovely in your hands. it will chip over time. that's ok.
