storytime, when we first got our pair of rings, mine was too big (they were from etsy and made to order), so at one point it just FELL from my finger and I thought I'd lost it, I had to get another one from the same vendor

and I thought it would be okay if I got it one size smaller! but

it was THICKER
and it was still too big

now, people might not know that I, too, have issues with gender but yeah I have them and they're very dumb and not linear at all, I'll talk about them someday. the short version is that I wasn't happy with this but I had to make do bc expensive and I'd already "lost" one before

so when THESE rings were announced months ago, my wife was all OH NO... THEY'RE PRETTY... AND THE RIGHT COLORS... AND ACCA and i was like

but in the end they happened! and
i'm very happy now...
i wish we could go out so i could wear them in public...

imagine liking your own wedding ring, not just the fact that you're married to your wife!!!!!!
