I took 3 weeks to handle other work & tbh personal complications due to the pandemic. The deadline is MAY 10TH. I stand by how I behaved. But, please judge for yourselves. With a month left, breaking my TOS he asked for a refund. I lost opportunities due to this,so I declined

He is currently charging me back and knowingly abusing Paypal& #39;s customer protection services. My TOS was mandatory to read, and as you can see in the screenshots, i double checked that he read them.
