This image is made up of 730 long exposures to show movement as the Earth rotates through space.

In addition to capturing the stars, I also captured A LOT of air traffic that I needed to remove. See all that below!

Here are the star trails without all of the air traffic removed.
Here's a close up of some of the lines left from the air planes flying through my frame over the course of just 2 hours! It can be such a pain to edit these out, but I found a new method!
Here's a timelapse of me using the Active Pen and the Healing Brush tool in Photoshop to remove the air traffic from my star trails image.

The trick here is the Active Pen being pressure sensitive, allowing me to quickly jump one line to the next

Here's how a single image from the 730 that made up the star trails looks. It's lit up entirely be Moonlight. In a little over 2 hours from when I started, I would be taking photos of the Milky Way while facing the other direction.
