I'll start. $430k, almost 3 years post residency, 4.25 on recent refinance.

They are a giant burden. Especially now with no death benefit as an emergency physican.

I'll throw another one down. My wife.. $600k, 7 percent, 6 months out of fellowship.

We graduated from the same school at the same time but she had longer training. Affected the job she took, all financial decisions in our lives.
