The NFL and NFLPA have agreed on an offseason workout plan. Some highlights (THREAD):

-Virtual offseason workout programs will be voluntary for players and for clubs – i.e., teams don’t have to hold virtual offseason programs if they don’t want to. 1/
-If players and teams choose to do a program, players will be working out at home, and players will get their usual per diems as they would if they were there in person in a normal year. 2/
-Players who don’t have the necessary workout equipment are being offered a $1,500 stipend to buy it. 3/
-If a club does not do an offseason program, its players would be able to argue for their workout bonuses in front of an arbitrator if the team decided not to pay them. 4/
-If a club DOES do an offseason program, players would be entitled to their negotiated workout bonuses based on percentage of offseason program completed. 5/
-Rules run at least through May 15 but no later than late June. Meaning, these rules don't cover training camps.

-IMPORTANT: If one team facility is not open for offseason work due to COVID-19, then no team facility can be.
