Offseason NFL thread...

1. The NFL and players union have come to an agreement on the terms of a virtual offseason. Qualified teams can now begin distributing their offseason program materials to players - and players can begin virtual workouts to earn their workout bonuses.
2. The NFL's offseason will remain virtual as long as all 50 states are under some kind of lockdown. This means NFL franchises cannot resume in-house work, OTAs or any form of camps until all 50 states have removed lockdown restrictions. This includes states without NFL teams.
3. NFL clubs and players will come to their own agreement in terms of what the benchmarks are to earn offseason bonuses. It will be on a team-by-team basis. However, all NFL players will be allowed a $1,500 stipend for necessary workout equipment needed to fulfill workouts.
4. The NFL hammered out an offseason program that it believes maintains a competitive balances between all 32 teams. The union's executive committee and board voted unanimously to accept the terms of the offseason programs and workout bonus guidelines.
