The Disappearance of Kyron Horman
tw // missing child, potential murder
Iâve been into True Crime for as long as I can remember, but it was this case specifically that threw me down those internet rabbit holes and propelled my obsession with unsolved cases. It was hard to believe that a tragedy like this, a young kid missing with absolutely no trace
could happen in my hometown. Even 10 years later, I still often think about this case and wonder why the fuck hasnât this been solved?
Since this case is one that Iâm pretty passionate about this thread may get a bit lengthy. So, hereâs your fair warning now!

On the morning of June 4, 2010, 7y old Kyron Horman arrived at Skyline Elementary school with his Stepmother, Terri Horman. It was around 8am when they stepped into Kyronâs school, a little earlier than normal because that day they were attending a school wide science fair.
This is where Terri took the infamous last picture of Kyron, in front of his poster on Red Eyed Tree Frogs. He and his stepmom wandered around the science fair and checked out more of the projects before heading back to his classroom.
They took separate staircases up to Kryonâs classroom because he liked to race Terri up them, he won as usual and since Terri had her infant daughter with her she called out goodbye to him instead of carrying the baby all the way to his classroom.
The last time any adult said they saw Kyron was Terri who watched the back of his head as he headed towards his classroom with his friends at around 8:45am.
Kyronâs backpack was sitting in his classroom because he and Terri dropped his stuff off before touring the science fair.

It was not a typical day at school because of the event, the teacher got kids in groups and matched them with chaperones to tour the science fair between 9-10am before classes started. It was sometime during that hour when his teacher marked him absent.
Terri, Kyronâs Dad Kaine and the infant daughter walked down to the bus stop around 3:30pm to meet Kyron but he did not come off the bus. They figured that he must have gotten confused since Terri dropped him off in the morning, maybe he thought that she was picking him up too?
The bus driver calls the schoolâs secretary to pass along the message to Kyron that his parents are on the way to pick him up when she informs them that Kyron had been marked absent all day. They rushed down to the school (a short drive away) where a 911 call was made at 3:46pm.
Now this is an incredibly brief overview on the events that happened. Thereâs lot of statements the police and others made about that day that were either taken back or not corroborative. Thereâs also a whole mess of stuff that happened in the weeks and months that followed.
For the purpose of looking at only the astrology of the situation and the non disputed facts of the case I wonât be diving into all of that in this thread. At the end of this I will mention some resources I used while researching if youâre interested in hearing more.
Iâm going to be looking at three different event charts for this day, and I will do my best to tie them into one or more of the top four theories. Through this we can try to see where the evidence lines up and where it doesnât. The three charts I will use are:
1. The last seen time of Kyron by Terri at 8:45am. I will call this the âLast Seen chartâ. Or âLS chartâ
2. Around the time when his teacher marked him absent around 10:00am. This I will call the âabsentâ chart or âABS chartâ
3. When the police call was made at 3:46pm. This will be the âPolice Call chartâ or âPS chartâ
And the four most common theories are:
1. Terri Horman took him and murdered him.
2. Kyron wandered off and got hurt by accident.
3. Someone else at the school took him during the chaos of the science fair.
4. He accidentally got stuck somewhere inside the school.
1. Terri Horman took him and murdered him.
2. Kyron wandered off and got hurt by accident.
3. Someone else at the school took him during the chaos of the science fair.
4. He accidentally got stuck somewhere inside the school.
Personally, I find that all three of these theories are possible but also all have their own flaws and obviously, itâs possible that something other than what is listed happened to Kyron but for brevityâs sake Iâm going to focus on these four popular theories.
Okay, looking at the Last Seen chart at 8:45am, Kyron is signified solely by the moon. When using crime charts the significator of the victim is the ruling planet of the ascendent and the Moon is always used as a co-significator.
Looking at the Moonâs placement, in 9h Pisces, I find it interesting because while the 9h normally is used for higher education (college) and the 3h is often looked at for elementary schools, the day that Kyron went missing was the day of the Science Fair.
It was considered a âfree dayâ where not a lot of actual classes were happening but it was more of a celebration of the hard work that the students did pursuing their own scientific interests. Just seems a lot more 9h-ish to me which I find quite interesting
Although, letâs look at the house that represents elementary schools because unfortunately Saturn is there and that indicates a level of danger surrounding his environment at school. Especially considering that Saturn is also the ruler of the descendant and therefore represents
