I stumbled on Tayo Aina’s videos on YouTube a few months ago.

I don’t think I care about his delivery because I think over time he will probably get better

That said, it always struck me that these expensive apartments in Nigeria were so dingy, cheap, and generally not worth it
One of my favourite activities is watching tours of luxury apartments for sale or rent in really exclusive high rises, and no matter where in the world it is, just put “x million dollar or luxury or exclusive building” in your video description and I’ll probably watch your video.
So I’ve seen a tonne of luxe apartments, and the ones in Lagos stick out like a sore thumb for how cheap and common they look.

There’s just such a lack of thought behind them as if the developers just said “okay let’s make something that looks like it’s in vogue” and that’s it.
Meanwhile in videos of luxury apartments in places like Singapore or Paris or London, what always sticks out is how the buyer’s every concern and thought is already anticipated and worked into the apartment, and everywhere you look from the door is an absolute thing of beauty.
The common thread with all the luxury apartments in these countries is that once the camera walks through the door, you instinctively lose your breath and you just immediately imagine yourself living there and never wanting to leave.

Meanwhile the Lagos ones just look anyhow.
