Day 5 of #selfisolation due to suspected #covid19 coming to a close – Headache that was pounding away has almost gone today, and overall I'm feeling better but.. 1/n
Despite me feeling far less fatigued today, and sleeping less during the day, walking up and down stairs is still hard work. 2/n
The coughing seemed to be getting less frequent earlier today but towards the evening, it seems to be getting worse. Finally managed to get hold of some dry cough syrup. 3/n
It’s been 5 days of staying in my room, to hopefully eliminate any chance of infecting others who live in the household 4/n
My calf muscles still ache and feel sore, it’s almost 2 weeks since that symptom started – no idea if it’s relevant to this suspected covid-19 5/n
I’m finding trading stories with friends or friends of friends to be really useful, in terms of how their “mild” symptoms have progressed and how long it’s taken them to recover 6/n
Anyone can make a difference right now, even if they are not a doctor/nurse or an essential worker. There is a great #covidsymptomchecker app where you self report daily, even if you are well. https://covid.joinzoe.com/  7/n

Headache is coming back as I type this thread, and coughing a lot more too. I get irritated by the yo-yo aspect of this illness. Time to head to bed, I think đź’¤ /end
