A Power of Attorney for Personal Care can be made free of charge . Forms can be printed off govt website . There are many rules about who you can appoint and you need witnesses. They will help made decisions for your care if you are not able .
Due to the Pandemic , it has become acceptable for witnessing these document virtually . If you have this , your family can also access your HealthRecords #patientsafety
There is another Power of Attorney over Property , this is NOT a will . It allows the person you indicate to continue to ensure that bills etc are paid if you are in the Hospital.
