Lrt i have a birth mistake and I had to be operated twice because of it with a longer hospital stay that took a lot of my flexibility and my strength
I always was bad at pe because of it and even before I wasn’t good at some things because of body type reasons etc
I also have a weak knee now and I always had problems with my legs so running of any kind is actually pretty bad for my knee and could lead to several health issues not even mentioning that due to a current problem with my knee that is not a thing that’s going to be fixed ever
The danger that I will just straight up fall down and hurt myself badly or also overstretch and tear my tendons on this knee is pretty high, ESPECIALLY while running
The other thing is that a) because of the bed rest and not being able to do sports twice bc of hospital stay and
Then being unable to put pressure on my leg or bend my leg or use it in an way for some time so obv more time that I was completely unable to do sports
From that I had lost a) basically of my stamina and b) my core strength
So things like doing a handstand or running for
Extended periods of time were so much harder for me than for everyone else
Pe is just a really fucking unfair class and I always hated it
Only good thing was when we did pair dance bc I am really good at that
